The Raster images Manager opens with the command 'Raster images manager'.
With it you can:
      'Attach' Add a Raster image to the drawing;
      'Reload' To load the raster image into the drawing;
      'Unload' To unload a bitmap from a drawing;
      'Detach' To detach a raster image from a drawing;
   Operations are performed on selected bitmaps from the list( single click or using the selection rectangle).
   Changes are applied to the drawing by clicking 'OK', in case of cancellation 'Cancel'.
